This is the latest I have got...

They send you  this...

A  request for $300 for a Luke Gill. They say that it's an accident and if you email them they will send you the transaction. Of course, I went onto my PayPal to cancel the transaction. They send you a "zip" file of the transaction DO NOT OPEN...
